Instructions
Cook bell pepper, onion, garlic, basil and rosemary in stock in a medium-size saucepan until tender.
Stir in rice, water, tomatoes, pepper and Tabasco sauce. Cover and cook over low heat about 20 minutes or until rice is done. Serve hot.
