Cut chicken along the grain into 1-1/2 -inch pieces. Heat cooking oil in wok or skillet and add chicken and pine nuts, stir for 30 seconds, and add ginger and chili peppers and stir for 30 seconds. Pour broth over all and stir till well blended. Cook for 1 minute and add spring onions and sesame oil. Stir and cook for 2 minutes and serve.
