Ingredients
  

  • 6 whole Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pt. mayonnaise with starch
  • 1 pinch white pepper to taste
  • A 3 drops of lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Sauté the garlic in the olive oil until golden brown; remove and cool. Add garlic to mayonnaise and purée in a blender. Season with pepper and lemon juice.
