2. Spray baking pan with olive oil spray. Place chicken in pan, sprinkle generously with herbs. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly and spray chicken with olive oil spray again.
3. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Juices will run clear.
Substitutions: In place of dried herbs, use one of your favorite herb-blends, dried Italian Seasoning mix or try spreading a dollop of pesto sauce on each piece of chicken before baking.
