Preheat oven to 300°F. Put the ham in a shallow baking dish. Paint the top with the mustard and sprinkle the brown sugar over. Pour the milk around the ham and bake for 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Serve with a little of the clotted milk spooned over the top.
THIN SLICES OF HAM IN MILK
A good way to use leftover baked ham, particularly when it is salty. Cut serving slices of ham, paint lightly with mustard, and sprinkle with brown sugar. Arrange in a baking dish and cover with milk. Bake about 1/2 hour.
