Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Fry the bacon and remove it from the skillet.
Sauté the onions in the bacon fat until just tender.
Combine the onions, bacon, beans, tomatoes, salt and pepper and place in a greased casserole.
Top with grated cheese, and bake until the cheese is brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
