Ingredients
  

  • 6 each Fresh Lemons large, at room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 each lemon sliced

Instructions 

  • Roll all lemons until soft to the touch. Cut lemons in half and squeeze out juice into a bowl. Strain into a large pitcher and add sugar.
  • Place all lemon rinds in bowl and pour boiling water over them; let stand until cool.
  • Strain rind juice into pitcher and add cold water. Stir well.
  • Chill and serve over ice with a slice of lemon on edge of glass.
