Instructions
Stir the lime juice and sugar together until all the sugar is dissolved. Add the water and stir to mix well. Set aside.
Put the kosher salt on a shallow plate. Dip the glass rim first in Rose's lime juice, then in the salt.
Fill the glass with crushed ice. Stir together the tequila, juice from the half lime, Contreau, and fresh Sweet and Sour. Pour over the crushed ice.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
