Sparkling Pear-Rosemary Punch
Using one large ice cube will keep your punch cold without watering it down. Simply use a bundt or loaf pan as an ice mold.

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 1/2 cups gin
- 1 cup pear nectar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice from 2 lemons
- 1 bottle sparkling wine chilled
- Rosemary sprigs for garnish
- 1 pear sliced thin for garnish
1. Combine sugar, water, and rosemary in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Set aside to cool for 30 minutes; strain before using.
2. In a punch bowl, combine gin, pear nectar, lemon juice, and cooled rosemary syrup over a large cube of ice. When guests arrive, add sparkling wine to bowl. Garnish glasses with rosemary sprigs and pear slices and let guests help themselves.
