Instructions
Blend 1 cup wheat germ, oil or butter, salt, and honey, if desired. Turn into oiled 8 inch pie tin, pressing on bottom and sides. Bake 8 minutes at 350°. Cool before filling.
Garnish with remaining wheat germ after filling.
