Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out dry. Cool the loaf on a rack before removing it from the pan.
