Ingredients
- 1 whole ripe avocado peeled, sliced, and dipped in lemon juice
- 4 slices cheese American, Muenster or Swiss
- 4 thin slices ripe tomato
- 1 cup fresh alfalfa sprouts or to taste
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 8 slices whole-wheat bread
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients together into sandwiches. Serve or wrap tightly in plastic wrap for lunch box.
