Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole ripe avocado peeled, sliced, and dipped in lemon juice
  • 4 slices cheese American, Muenster or Swiss
  • 4 thin slices ripe tomato
  • 1 cup fresh alfalfa sprouts or to taste
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 8 slices whole-wheat bread

Instructions 

  • Put all of the ingredients together into sandwiches. Serve or wrap tightly in plastic wrap for lunch box.
