Chicken or Turkey Salad

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 ½ cups cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup minced green pepper
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 4 cups Lettuce leaves or desired amount
Instructions
- In large bowl with fork, combine mayonnaise, vinegar and salt.
- Add chicken and remaining ingredients except romaine, toss well. Cover and refrigerate.
- Serve on a chilled platter, arranged with romaine leaves. Lightly pile salad on it.
