Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp minced parsley leaves

Instructions 

  • Heat the butter in a skillet until it browns. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  • Mix in the vinegar and parsley Put back on the heat for 1 minute, stirring with a wooden spoon.
  • Serve hot over fish.
