Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp minced parsley leaves
Instructions
- Heat the butter in a skillet until it browns. Remove the skillet from the heat.
- Mix in the vinegar and parsley Put back on the heat for 1 minute, stirring with a wooden spoon.
- Serve hot over fish.
