Broccoli with Onions and Soy Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 whole onion chopped
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Place the broccoli in a large pot and fill with 1/4 to 1/2 inch (about 1 cm) of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and steam for 3 - 4 minutes (you don't want it to be fully cooked).
- In a large pan over medium heat, warm the oil. Add the onion and sauté until it's just beginning to become translucent. Then add the broccoli and soy sauce and cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes.
