Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 cups cereal
  • ½ cups semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 whole very ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 whole large egg
  • 3/4 cup cereal coarsely crushed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cereal, and chocolate in a large bowl; stir well. Combine the banana, sugar, milk, oil, and egg in a separate bowl; mix well, using a wire whisk. Add to the cereal mixture and stir until the dry ingredients are just moistened. Spoon into 12 greased 2-1/2-inch muffin cups.
  • To make the Crumble Topping, combine all of the ingredients in a medium-size bowl; mix well. Sprinkle over the muffin.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
