Ingredients
- 1 each Cucumber peeled and grated
- 1 cup Plain lowfat yogurt
- 2 each Cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 4 each Wheat pita bread
Instructions
- 1. Mix cucumber, yogurt, garlic, and mint in medium-sized bowl. Top with olive oil. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 2. Cut pita pockets into wedges and bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven until warm, about 5 minutes. Serve pita triangles with cucumber dip on side.
