Green Bean Casserole I

Ingredients
- 16 oz green bean
- 4 whole medium white onion
- 2 whole medium green bell peppers
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch paprika
- 2 tablespoon butter or needed amount
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Trim green beans.
- Skin and chop the white onions.
- Remove the seeds and membrane from the green peppers and chop.
- Butter a baking dish. Place in it alternate layers of the vegetables, beginning and ending with a layer of beans. Sprinkle each layer with: salt and paprika.
- Dot each layer with: butter.
- Bake the vegetables covered for about 1 hour, or until the beans are tender. Before serving, garnish with: Au Gratin II.
