Honey Ginger Orange Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 lb bag fresh baby carrots
- 1 tablespoon Finely minced ginger
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- 1. Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan.
- 2. Bring to a boil. Reduce temperature to simmer. Cover and cook until tender, about 10 minutes or until carrots are tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
