Ingredients
- 4 whole very ripe peachs peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 tbsp ginger-flavored brandy
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground mace
- 2 cups plain yogurt
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the first six ingredients. Add the yogurt and whip just to blend. Chill overnight.
- SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Pour into chilled brandy snifters and garnish each with a mint sprig. Serve immediately.
