Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cooked millet
- ½ cup grated carrot
- 1 cup crumbled firm tofu
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 3 tablespoon yellow or white miso
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp celery seeds
- 1/2 tsp savory
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
- Use this pâté as a sandwich spread on whole grain bread with lettuce or sprouts.
