Smoked Oyster Dip

Ingredients
- 16 oz oysters canned smoked oysters
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 tbsp grated or finely minced onion
- 1 tbsp white wine
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce
- 40 each assorted crackers
Instructions
- Drain the oysters well, them mash them. Mix in the white wine Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Stir the oyster mixture and onions into the sour cream. Refrigerate this dish for several hours before eating. Serve with crackers.
