Ingredients
  

  • 8 each small oysters
  • ½ cup onion diced
  • 8 each saltine crackers
  • ¾ cup mayonaise

Instructions 

  • Chop the onions and chill them. Spread very crisp crackers with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped onions. Sit a smoked oyster on top.
