Ingredients
  

  • 8 ½ oz all-purpose flour
  • 9 oz. Manitowa flour
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 7 oz. water tempered
  • 1 dash salt to taste
  • 2 oz. butter

Instructions 

  • Combine two flours. Make a well and break in the eggs. Mix with flour. Add tempered water and salt. Mix into a dough. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Use either a pastry bag or a spaetzle machine to shape the dumplings and drop them into the boiling water. As soon as spaetzle float on top of water, remove to cold water. Drain well. Heat the butter until brown and use it to saute the noodles before service.
