Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups flaked trout
  • 3/4 cup fine bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 medium onion minced
  • 2 large chicken eggs whisked
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Grease a loaf pan of suitable size, then spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
  • Bake in the center of the oven for 1 hour.
  • Top the loaf with warm Hot Creole Sauce. Serve hot.
