Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flax
  • ½ tsp. apple pie spice mix
  • ½ cup dried cherries

Instructions 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • 2. Using a fork, mash the bananas in a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well.
  • 3. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for until springy to the touch (18-20 minutes).
