Ingredients
  

  • 4 each Boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut in thin strips
  • 14 oz Canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chili sauce low-sodium
  • cup Chopped green bell pepper
  • cup Chopped celery
  • 2 each Cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil leaves chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Crushed red pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • 1. Spray deep skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat pan over high heat.
  • 2. Cook chicken in hot skillet, stirring for 3-5 minutes or until no longer pink. Reduce heat
  • 3. Add tomatoes with juice and all other ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Serve over hot cooked rice or pasta.
