Ingredients
- 4 each Boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut in thin strips
- 14 oz Canned diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Chili sauce low-sodium
- 1½ cup Chopped green bell pepper
- 1½ cup Chopped celery
- 2 each Cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh basil leaves chopped
- ¼ teaspoon Crushed red pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1. Spray deep skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat pan over high heat.
- 2. Cook chicken in hot skillet, stirring for 3-5 minutes or until no longer pink. Reduce heat
- 3. Add tomatoes with juice and all other ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
- 4. Serve over hot cooked rice or pasta.
