Ingredients
- 1 large can bean dip or 2 small cans refried beans can be substituted
- 2 avocados mashed
- 1 pkg. taco mix
- 1-1/2 C. sour cream
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 to matoes chopped
- 3/4 lb. cheddar cheese grated
Instructions
- Spread bean dip in bottom of a 9x9-inch Pyrex dish or pan.
- Spread avocados over bean dip.
- Mix sour cream with taco mix and spread over avocados.
- Then layer onion, tomatoes, and grated cheese.
- Chill and serve with Tostada chips.
