Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 whole egg beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine melted
  • 1-1/4 cups fresh blueberries or thawed frozen blueberries

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. .
  • In a mixing bowl, sift all dry ingredients together. In another bowl, combine egg, milk, and melted butter, and then combine with dry ingredients. Fold blue-berries into batter.
  • Fill well-greased muffin tins a third full with mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes
