Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 whole egg beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine melted
- 1-1/4 cups fresh blueberries or thawed frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. .
- In a mixing bowl, sift all dry ingredients together. In another bowl, combine egg, milk, and melted butter, and then combine with dry ingredients. Fold blue-berries into batter.
- Fill well-greased muffin tins a third full with mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes
