Braised Deviled Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1 cup marinade pork marinade
- 4 each pork chop 1-inch thick
- 1/2 cup water or stock
Instructions
- see recipe 42490 for marinade
- marinate 3 to 6 hours, covered and refrigerated: 4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Drain the chops, reserving the marinade. Wipe them dry. Brown them in a hot greased skillet. Heat the marinade and: 1/2 cup water or stock
- Pour around the chops. Bake covered about 1 hour or until tender.
