Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 3 tbsp crème de cacao
  • 3 tbsp brandy
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts toasted and ground

Instructions 

  • Scoop ice cream into 2 parfait glasses. Pour crème de cacao, brandy, and cream into blender and whip until slightly thickened. Pour mixture over ice cream and top with toasted hazelnuts.
