Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 ½ cups cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup minced green pepper
  • 2 tsp grated onion
  • 4 cups Lettuce leaves or desired amount

Instructions 

  • In large bowl with fork, combine mayonnaise, vinegar and salt.
  • Add chicken and remaining ingredients except romaine, toss well. Cover and refrigerate.
  • Serve on a chilled platter, arranged with romaine leaves. Lightly pile salad on it.
