Chocolate Chip Banana Crunch Muffins

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups cereal
- ½ cups semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1 whole very ripe banana
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 whole large egg
- 3/4 cup cereal coarsely crushed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cereal, and chocolate in a large bowl; stir well. Combine the banana, sugar, milk, oil, and egg in a separate bowl; mix well, using a wire whisk. Add to the cereal mixture and stir until the dry ingredients are just moistened. Spoon into 12 greased 2-1/2-inch muffin cups.
- To make the Crumble Topping, combine all of the ingredients in a medium-size bowl; mix well. Sprinkle over the muffin.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
