Citrus Tilapia

Ingredients
- 4 6 oz. tilapia fillets
- 1/2 c. fresh orange juice about 1 orange
- 3 T. fresh lime juice
- 1 t. brown sugar
- 1 T. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 t. lower-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/2 t. ground cumin
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 1/4 t. ground red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1/2 t. paprika
Instructions
- 1. Arrange fish in a single layer in a shallow roasting pan coated lined with parchment paper. Combine orange juice with remaining ingredients except for paprika; pour over fish. Let stand 15 minutes.
- 2. Preheat broiler.
- 3. Sprinkle fish with paprika; broil 15 minutes. Drizzle sauce over fish to serve.
