Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 head broccoli florets broken into small pieces, stalk thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts trimmed and shredded
  • 3 cups shredded red or green cabbage
  • 4 scallions sliced
  • 1/2 cup roasted pepitas

Instructions 

  • 1. In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • 2. Add broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, scallions, and pepitas to bowl with dressing and toss until well coated.
