Curried Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- 4 whole Hard boiled eggss large
- 1 tablespoon mayonaise curry mayonnaise to taste
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard to taste
- 1 dash sweet paprika
Instructions
- Peel the eggs and cut in half. Gently remove the yolks and mash. Moisten to taste with curry mayonnaise and Dijon-style mustard.
- Gently spoon or pipe back into the whites. Sprinkle with paprika and arrange on a platter.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature as an hors d'oeuvre.
