Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons half-and-half
  • 4 oz fresh/packaged fettuccine
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Instructions 

  • Let cream come to room temperature. Cook fettuccine according to package directions, drain well. Return fettuccine to the hot saucepan. Add cream, Parmesan cheese, and butter. Toss gently until fettuccine is well coated. Transfer to a warm serving dish. Sprinkle with pepper and nutmeg. Serve immediately.
