Guacamole with Dill

Ingredients
- 3 whole ripe avocados
- 1 whole yellow onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 dash dr. bronner's liquid bouillon or to taste
- 3 whole tomato diced
- 1 whole lemon juiced
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 whole garlic clove optional
Instructions
- Mix avocado and onion lightly. Add in oregano, juice of lemon, dill weed, and garlic. Add Dr. Bronner's bouillon liquid to taste. Stir well. Spread tomatoes on top of mixture and refrigerate (this prevents coloring of avocado). Mix just before serving.
