Ingredients
  

  • 1 pt Raspberries fresh
  • 1/4 lb white chocolate
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 pint vanilla ice cream

Instructions 

  • Purée raspberries in blender and sieve to remove seeds.
  • Melt chocolate with heavy cream and honey over low heat, stirring until chocolate dissolves. Simmer mixture until it thickens slightly, 2 or 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Pour chocolate sauce and raspberry purée in swirls over ice cream.
