Ice Cream With White Chocolate Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 pt Raspberries fresh
- 1/4 lb white chocolate
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3/4 pint vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Purée raspberries in blender and sieve to remove seeds.
- Melt chocolate with heavy cream and honey over low heat, stirring until chocolate dissolves. Simmer mixture until it thickens slightly, 2 or 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Pour chocolate sauce and raspberry purée in swirls over ice cream.
