Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken half-breasts
- 4 lemon slices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Combine the garlic, lemon juice, and pepper in a casserole dish. Add the chicken breasts and spoon some of the juice over each. Place one lemon slice on top of each chicken breast.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until cooked through (no pink shows in the middle).
