Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz elbow macaroni cooked al dente
  • 6 oz canned pink salmon
  • 2 tbsp onion finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 cup coarse whole-wheat bread crumbs
  • 3 whole egg whites
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 whole Garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon Rosemary dried

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with No Stick cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl with a fork.
  • Place in loaf pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
