Ingredients
- 4 oz elbow macaroni cooked al dente
- 6 oz canned pink salmon
- 2 tbsp onion finely minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 cup coarse whole-wheat bread crumbs
- 3 whole egg whites
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1 whole Garlic clove minced
- 1 tsp dried dill
- ¼ teaspoon Rosemary dried
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with No Stick cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl with a fork.
- Place in loaf pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
