Mexican Tempeh Dip

Ingredients
- 8 oz tempeh cubed
- 3 tbsp corn oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 whole garlic cloves crushed
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons tamari soy sauce
- 1 cup salsa
Instructions
- Steam the tempeh over boiling water for 15 minutes.
- Remove the cubes from the steamer and place in a blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients except salsa and purée for 15 to 20 seconds. The texture will be slightly chunky.
- Pour into a bowl and stir in the salsa. Chill well before serving.
