Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup cooked millet
  • ½ cup grated carrot
  • 1 cup crumbled firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tablespoon yellow or white miso
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp celery seeds
  • 1/2 tsp savory

Instructions 

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Use this pâté as a sandwich spread on whole grain bread with lettuce or sprouts.
