Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup toasted shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp orange juice concentrate
  • 1 whole orange peeled seeded and sectioned
  • 1 whole apple sliced
  • ¼ cup mild cheese cut in cubes
  • 1 whole small banana sliced
  • 1 whole small melon or section of a larger melon such as honeydew watermelon or cantaloupe
  • 1 small bunch seedless grapes
