Ingredients
- 8 tablespoon Butter unsalted
- ½ cup canola oil
- 1½ cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup egg substitute
- 1½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¾ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Double acting baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1½ cup Whole wheat flour
- 3 cups quick-cooking oat
- 11/3 cup Dried bing cherries
- 1 cup Almonds sliced
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- 2. Place butter in large mixing bowl; microwave until melted, about 1 minute.
- 3. Add Egg Beaters, vanilla, salt, baking powder, and baking soda; continue blending as each item is added.
- 4. Add flour, oats, cherries, and almonds; stir to combine.
- 5. Using a tablespoon, spoon dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet; bake 12 minutes.
- 6. Transfer cookies to cooling rack.
