Ingredients
  

  • 8 tablespoon Butter unsalted
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • cup Brown sugar
  • ½ cup egg substitute
  • teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¾ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Double acting baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • cup Whole wheat flour
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oat
  • 11/3 cup Dried bing cherries
  • 1 cup Almonds sliced

Instructions 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • 2. Place butter in large mixing bowl; microwave until melted, about 1 minute.
  • 3. Add Egg Beaters, vanilla, salt, baking powder, and baking soda; continue blending as each item is added.
  • 4. Add flour, oats, cherries, and almonds; stir to combine.
  • 5. Using a tablespoon, spoon dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet; bake 12 minutes.
  • 6. Transfer cookies to cooling rack.
