Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1-1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 2/3 cup powdered sugar sifted
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose cream light or heavy cream or milk
  • 1 to 2 tbsp bourbon or rum optional
  • 1 to 2 tbsp milk light or heavy cream or liquor

Instructions 

  • Combine in a food processor and pulse just until smooth and creamy.
  • If the frosting is too stiff, add milk or cream.
  • Process just to the desired consistency. Additional processing will thin the frosting.
