Peanut Butter Frosting: Food Processor Method

Ingredients
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1-1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 2/3 cup powdered sugar sifted
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose cream light or heavy cream or milk
- 1 to 2 tbsp bourbon or rum optional
- 1 to 2 tbsp milk light or heavy cream or liquor
Instructions
- Combine in a food processor and pulse just until smooth and creamy.
- If the frosting is too stiff, add milk or cream.
- Process just to the desired consistency. Additional processing will thin the frosting.
