Ingredients
  

  • 1 10 oz. pkg multigrain tortilla chips
  • 1 16 oz can fat-free refried beans
  • 1 4oz. can each Green chilies, chopped and drained
  • 1 ½ cup reduced-fat monterey jack cheese grated
  • ½ cup sliced black olives drained
  • 1 jar salsa or guacamole, optional

Instructions 

  • 1. Arrange tortilla chips on a microwaveable dish.
  • 2. Spoon beans and chilies on top of chips, then sprinkle with cheese and top with olives.
  • 3. Microwave on high for 90 seconds or until cheese melts.
  • 4. Serve with salsa or guacamole if you wish.
