Ingredients
- 1 10 oz. pkg multigrain tortilla chips
- 1 16 oz can fat-free refried beans
- 1 4oz. can each Green chilies, chopped and drained
- 1 ½ cup reduced-fat monterey jack cheese grated
- ½ cup sliced black olives drained
- 1 jar salsa or guacamole, optional
Instructions
- 1. Arrange tortilla chips on a microwaveable dish.
- 2. Spoon beans and chilies on top of chips, then sprinkle with cheese and top with olives.
- 3. Microwave on high for 90 seconds or until cheese melts.
- 4. Serve with salsa or guacamole if you wish.
