Ingredients
- 6 whole ears of corn fresh or frozen (thawed), husks removed
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt onion salt or garlic salt
- 1 tbsp crushed dried cilantro
Instructions
- Spray each cob of corn lightly with the butter spray. Set aside.
- Place all of the seasonings in a small bowl, and stir to mix until well blended. Sprinkle the mixture over each ear of corn.
- Wrap each ear of corn separately in aluminum foil. If using a conventional oven, place the corn on a baking sheet, and bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a kernel is crisp-tender when pressed. If using a grill, place the corn over medium-hot heat for 10 minutes. Then turn and cook on the other side for 10 minutes. Turn once more, and cook until done. Serve wrapped in foil.
