Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. frozen shelled edamame
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • tsp. olive oil

Instructions 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • 2. Run the edamame under water in a colander to thaw. Drain and pat dry.
  • 3. Toss all ingredients together and spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Roast until crisp and golden (50-60 minutes).
