Ingredients
- 8 oz. shortening
- 8 oz. flour
- 1 gallon milk boiling
- 1 cup unflavored gelatin
Instructions
- Make a roux with shortening and flour.
- Add boiling milk and mix until thick and smooth.
- Cook sauce for 5 minutes and slowly pour in 1 cup of high-bloom unflavored gelatin powder that has been soaked in water.
